  1. Informal Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and VitalForge, we encourage you to first contact us at VitalForge.support@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most concerns can be resolved this way.

  1. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and VitalForge agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any products purchased shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

YOU AND VITALFORGE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
